Blanco veterans ride in the Auxiliary float with winners of the Unit’s Annual Art & Essay Contest.
Our 1st Vice President, Roxie Avants, is the heart and soul of the Blanco Veterans Day Parade. For many years she has been responsible for making sure that our veterans are recognized and honored in a respectful manner by the community on this special day with the assistance of our Unit and Legionnaires.
